We were so happy with Premium's service, from talking through the process and setting up the appointment with Matt, to welcoming Lance and Natalie to do the heavy lifting at our home. As first time homeowners, we didn't really know what we were signing on for but knew refreshing the ducts and cleaning the dryer vent were necessary: we couldn't have felt more shepherded or taken care of in this process. The team did a quick, efficient and thorough job, and even helped us learn a bit about our new home (what an added bonus!). Access points were thoroughly patched at the completion of the work and the house was left as tidy as when they started. Really pleased with this whole experience and would absolutely recommend!

I highly recommend Premium Duct Cleaning. Matt was incredibly professional, friendly and informative in our phone discussion. Matt and Lance did a great job, were on time, respected our house as they ran their vacuum and venting through a window and down the stairs. Matt answered all questions while he was here, and they did an amazing job cleaning all the vents and intakes. They also cleaned my dryer vent. They were a joy to have in my home. I will use them again.

I cannot say enough great things about Premium Duct Cleaners. They were courteous and wonderful from the beginning of the process to the end. With it being my first home they never made me feel dumb for not knowing in the ins and outs of duct cleaning, but more so they took the opportunity to teach me for future knowledge. It felt like they were taking care of their own home throughout their service. I really appreciated how they went above and beyond to make this a great experience. I would 10/10 recommend!

I just had my vents cleaned and sanitized today in my home. This company was great and on it from the very first phone call. The 2 people that showed up were very friendly and they had 25 years of experience. I noticed right away how much better the air quality was in my home after they were done. They also cleaned out the dryer vent and cleaned my furnace motor. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.
